1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of ASIC miners, components, and related equipment are considered final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order reversals once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

You may request a return if:

  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA)

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect not caused by handling, installation, or misuse

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the issue

Once verified, our team will evaluate your case and provide further instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Equipment that has been used, opened, modified, or altered

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect voltage, or non-compliant power sources

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling, moisture, dust, or inadequate ventilation

  • Damage caused by electrical surges, unstable power, or failure to follow product guidelines

  • Units affected by third-party firmware or unauthorized modifications

4. Warranty & Replacement Support

If your miner is defective and falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist you with the repair or replacement process according to our Warranty Policy.
Warranty claims may require diagnostic testing, serial number verification, and proof of purchase.

5. Return Process

If you meet the requirements for a return or warranty claim:

    • Order number

    • Photo or video evidence

    • Serial number(s) of the device

  2. If approved, you will receive:

    • Return authorization

    • Shipping instructions

All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee, depending on:

  • The condition of the returned product

  • Missing accessories or packaging

  • Visible signs of wear, use, or modification

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.
