Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the cryptocurrency payment has been fully confirmed on the blockchain.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery speed depends on your destination and local customs clearance:

  • International (Global): 5–15 business days

  • Regional (Asia): 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics volume, customs inspections, or unforeseen delays.

🚫 No Personal Pickup Policy

To ensure maximum security and streamlined logistics, Pinecone INIBOX Matches does not offer or allow personal pickup under any circumstances.

Why Personal Pickup Is Not Allowed

  • 🔒 Security Protocols: Our warehouses contain high-value inventory, and on-site access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • 📦 Controlled Fulfillment Workflow: All shipments follow strict packaging, tracking, and quality checks designed for secure international transport.

  • 🛡️ Insurance & Tracking: Courier delivery provides full tracking and shipment insurance, which cannot be provided through in-person handoffs.

🔄 Returns Policy

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Please read the following return terms carefully.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

After 14 days, returns can no longer be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • In all original packaging, including accessories and protective materials

  • Free from any signs of installation, operation, or modification

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at  support@iniboxmatches.com

  1. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable

  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved

  3. Follow the provided instructions to ship the product to our designated return address

No return will be accepted without an RMA.


Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Cryptocurrency refunds will be valued at the original paid amount, not current market value


Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped

  • We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service

Pinecone INIBOX Matches is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Return Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Products mishandled, overclocked, or operated incorrectly

  • Items damaged due to improper power usage or environmental conditions

  • Products purchased during clearance, promotion, or special sale events (these are final sale)

  • Items used for mining beyond the eligible return window
