Warranty Policy
At Pinecone INIBOX Matches, we are committed to delivering high-performance, reliable, and durable mining equipment. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and support processes for all Pinecone INIBOX Matches products. By purchasing our hardware, you agree to the warranty terms described below.
1. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified, all Pinecone INIBOX Matches ASIC mining products include a 12-month limited hardware warranty starting from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies exclusively to defects that arise under normal and intended use, including:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware failures occurring within the warranty period
Component malfunctions not caused by user or environmental factors
If a covered defect is confirmed, Pinecone INIBOX Matches will repair or replace the unit according to Section 4.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage or failures resulting from:
Mishandling, accidents, drops, or improper installation
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Overclocking, undervolting, improper voltage input, or electrical surges
Exposure to moisture, water, smoke, conductive dust, corrosive environments, or any conditions outside the product’s stated operating specifications
Burn marks, PCB damage, short circuits, or evidence of misuse
Normal wear and tear of consumable components (e.g., fans, cables, thermal pads)
Products used beyond the recommended environmental conditions
Damage incurred during transport due to improper customer packaging
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue with your device during the warranty period, follow the steps below:
1. Contact Our Support Team
Email our support team at support@iniboxmatches.com. Include:
Your order number
Product model and serial number (if applicable)
Detailed description of the issue
Photos or video evidence demonstrating the problem
2. Receive RMA Instructions
If your claim is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for returning the product to an authorized service center.
3. Return the Product
You must ship the product using secure packaging to prevent shipping damage.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
Shipping damage due to poor packaging may void the claim
4. Inspection, Repair, or Replacement
Upon receiving the unit, our technicians will perform a full diagnostic inspection. After evaluation:
Defective items may be repaired,
Replaced with an equivalent unit, or
Upgraded to a newer version (depending on availability and model life cycle)
Repair times vary depending on parts availability and service workload.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Lost profits, downtime, or mining revenue
Software or firmware configuration issues
Normal hash rate fluctuations caused by network difficulty or environmental conditions
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Pinecone INIBOX Matches is not responsible for any losses resulting from malfunction, improper setup, or environmental factors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pinecone INIBOX Matches is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of any product
Our total liability for any claim is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the product
We make no guarantee regarding mining profitability, ROI, or future network conditions
Purchasing and using mining hardware involves inherent operational and financial risks.
